We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please contact your parcel carrier with any issue regarding missing packages.

Please be aware that all items on www.carnagetees.com are pre-order items and go into production immediately after the pre-order time period has closed with a lead time of about 25 days. After your item has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If it has been over 25 days and you have not received an email please feel free to contact us at orders@carnagetees.com with your order number and we will assist you!
